In 2015 Ryan obtained his broker's license, and in 2017 the two formed The Koubeserian Group. Ryan holds the prestigious GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors, placing him among the top producers in residential real estate nationwide. Ara has been actively selling real estate for over 45 years across virtually every aspect of the field. Before joining the Coronado Shores Co. in 1986, he led sales on several new residential developments in the South Bay, including the sale-out of a 600-unit condominium conversion at the Marina City Club Towers in Marina Del Rey. In 2005, Ara partnered with Yvonne Barnum to acquire the Coronado Shores Co., which they ran until 2017 — the same year he and Ryan launched The Koubeserian Group. Together they specialize in representing buyers and sellers of coastal properties throughout San Diego County. When Ara isn't selling he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, photography and of course playing with his classic cars.
